Returns & Exchanges Policy

Ready-to-Wear Items

For any ready-to-wear pieces in our collection:

Return Window: 14 days from delivery date

Condition: Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging 

What We Cover

Manufacturing Defects: We will repair, replace, or refund any item with manufacturing defects, regardless of when you purchased it.

Sizing Issues: For bespoke pieces, if the final garment doesn't fit according to the measurements you provided, we'll work with you to adjust or remake the piece.

Shipping Damage: Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to you.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Use our contact form to reach out within 14 days of delivery
  2. Get Authorisation: We'll provide a return authorisation number and prepaid shipping label
  3. Ship Safely: Package items carefully in original packaging
  4. Processing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For store credit requests, we offer an additional 10% bonus credit value.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Care Instructions

All items come with detailed care instructions. Damage due to improper care is not covered under our returns policy.
