  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Prices may change without notice
  • The price charged will be the price displayed at time of order confirmation

  • Ready-to-wear: 3-7 business days within Australia
  • International shipping: 7-21 business days

5.3 Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery

6. Quality & Craftsmanship

6.1 Our Guarantee

  • We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship and materials
  • Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost
  • Natural variations in handmade items are not considered defects

6.2 Care Instructions

  • Detailed care instructions provided with each garment
  • Proper care essential to maintain quality and appearance
  • Damage from improper care not covered under warranty

7. Returns & Exchanges

7.1 Ready-to-Wear Items

  • 14-day return period from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, with original tags, in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs borne by customer unless item is defective

7.2 Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Store credit option available with 10% bonus value
