7. Returns & Exchanges
7.1 Ready-to-Wear Items
- 14-day return period from delivery date
- Items must be unworn, with original tags, in original packaging
- Return shipping costs borne by customer unless item is defective
7.2 Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Store credit option available with 10% bonus value
